Effective December 1, 2022, Sparkle Health will charge a cancellation fee of $100 per occurrence for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This charge will also apply if you fail to arrive for your appointment.
Charges will be applied to the credit card that we have on file.

Standard response time to portal messages could be up to 72 hours from when you originally send your message.
